The Carolina Panthers are 4-8 heading into Week 14, which means they’re not in position to push for the playoffs even with the added wild card spot in each conference. That doesn’t mean they’re going to tank, though. Earlier this week coach Matt Rhule told reporters that he couldn’t look fans in the eye if he didn’t do everything he could to win these last four games.
However, the coaching staff and the front office also have to start thinking about the future. There are several daunting personnel decisions to make this coming offseason and they’ll need as much information as they can to make the best choices.
