Three more women are suing Jeffrey Epstein's estate with claims the multimillionaire continued to traffic them during his Florida jail sentence and even forced one to marry a female recruiter who needed U.S. residency.
The coordinated complaints filed Tuesday describe in detail how Epstein allegedly wielded his extraordinary wealth to groom and control the plaintiffs _ two of whom were 17 at the time the financier first targeted them.
Katlyn Doe says she was a "vulnerable" 17-year-old girl with an eating disorder when Epstein lured her to his Upper East Side mansion in 2007 with the promise he'd cover her treatment and a complicated surgery.
Once in his massage room, Epstein "commanded" the girl "pinch his nipples" during an assault that included Epstein penetrating the victim _ who was a virgin at the time _ with a sex toy, the lawsuit alleges.
Using his highly honed trafficking tactics, Epstein manipulated the girl into his abuse ring and flew her to Palm Beach County in 2009 to perform a commercial sex act inside his work-release office at the Florida Science Foundation, the complaint states.
"Jeffrey Epstein, through his brazen and powerful organization was quite literally able to commit federal sex trafficking offenses at his work release office, during his jail sentence," the lawsuit alleges.
Katlyn says Epstein later coerced her into marrying one of his female recruiters in 2013, saying it was the only way he'd cover the cost of her still-needed surgery.
The marriage, which included the "signing of the necessary legal paperwork" and "posing for photographs," was used to secure the woman's permanent U.S. residency, the lawsuit states.
The new lawsuits follow after at least two other complaints were filed against the estate in the wake of Epstein's death by apparent suicide in federal custody on Aug. 10.
The other women who sued Tuesday were identified as Lisa Doe and Priscilla Doe, who were 17 and 20 years old respectively at the time of their alleged abuse, according to the paperwork filed by their lawyer John Pottinger, who also represents Katlyn Doe.
All three women say their abuse continued even after Epstein reached a deal with federal prosecutors in Florida in 2007. The widely criticized deal allowed Epstein to sidestep federal sex trafficking charges and instead plead guilty to a state charge of soliciting a minor for sex.
Epstein got 13 months in county jail and was allowed to leave during the day under the work release program.
Priscilla Doe alleges in her complaint that she met Epstein in 2006 while she was a dancer in New York. She was recruited to give him massages for money and says Epstein eventually raped her during one of the meetings, while she was still a virgin.
In excruciating detail, she says Epstein had her undergo surgery to remove body moles, forced her to wear a certain color of panties and put his hands around her neck during one encounter, causing her to fear for her life.
She traveled with Epstein to his private island in the Caribbean off the coast of St. Thomas and was stripped of her passport as she was forced to remain at Epstein's beck and call, according to her complaint.
While there, alleged recruiter Ghislane Maxwell gave her a "step by step" tutorial on the "proper way" to perform oral sex exactly the way Epstein liked it, she claims.
She says Epstein even summoned her to Florida for "commercial sex" in 2007 while he was on "work release" and "still wearing his ankle monitor."
Lisa Doe claims she was a promising 17-year-old dancer when she was recruited to provide private dance-based exercise instruction to Epstein in 2002.
She claims Epstein offered to help with her career and was "only interested in sexually-charged stretching activities that involved (her) sitting on top of his body and pressing her body up against his in other manners."
