3 draft prospects shown meeting with Cardinals in latest ‘Flight Plan’ episode

What NFL draft prospects do the Arizona Cardinals have interest in? There are surely many projected throughout the seven rounds. And because of comments made at the NFL combine, it is known the team met with some notable prospects in Indianapolis.

The team itself revealed it met with three prospects in particular while at the combine. In the third episode of “Cardinals Flight Plan,” they briefly showed their meetings with three prospects.

One was Mississippi receiver D.K. Metcalf, expected to be a first-round pick. Another was Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, who many believe the Cardinals will select with the first overall pick in the draft.

The third was Massachusetts receiver Andy Isabella. He could be drafted on Day 2, although projections for him are a little more varied.

Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa told reporters he was scheduled to meet with the Cardinals as well.

This doesn’t mean the Cardinals will take Murray or Bosa first overall, but it shows they have their eyes potentially on Metcalf as well, perhaps if they were to trade down.

Isabella makes sense because he checks a lot of boxes and he has connections to the coaching staff with the Cardinals.

These video clips don’t prove anything but they do provide some insight into what the Cardinals are doing in their pre-draft prep work.
