LUCKNOW: Indra Mani Tripathi, the newly-appointed vice chairperson of Lucknow Development Authority, has made it clear to his staff that files pending for more than three days will have repercussions and responsibility and accountability would be fixed for negligence.
The instruction was given during a review meeting on matters related to the public interest guarantee act on Tuesday.
Tripathi joined LDA on Monday as new VC. He said, "If any complainant visits LDA with his/her grievances, then the matter should be disposed of as per rules on priority basis. If the complainant is made to visit the LDA office more than twice, then action will be taken against the staff concerned." In the meeting, case-wise review of services related to free-hold, transfer, refund, duplicate order etc. was done by VC.
