A 3.1 magnitude earthquake has hit areas south of Canberra overnight.
The earthquake struck at 10.46pm on Wednesday near Middlingbank, 90 minutes south of Canberra.

Geoscience Australia said the earthquake happened at a depth of 10 kilometres.
The organisation estimated the earthquake could have been felt up to 25 kilometres near the epicentre.
More than 300 people reported feeling the earthquake to Geoscience Australia, some as far away as Tuggeranong.
Tuesday night's earthquake comes after parts of Canberra were hit by a 2.0 magnitude earthquake earlier this month.
That earthquake struck near Sutton, just over the ACT border, with multiple residents in Gungahlin suburbs feeling tremors.
