A two-year-old boy at the centre of an Amber Alert this morning has been found, Queensland police say, after he was taken from a Brisbane medical facility overnight.
Police said the boy was now safe, but would not say where he was located.
A man and women were seen taking the boy into a car and driving away at 8:00pm on Thursday before he was seen by doctors.
Police issued the alert early this morning saying they held serious concerns for the child as he required medical attention.
