28-year-old Jake Posner who launched a sustainable fashion brand in 2021 now has a debut collection and is planning to launch his first pop up store, collaborations and fashion week elements next year.
No One True Anything (Nota) showcases how high-end, sustainable streetwear fashion - going against the current trend of fast fashion which Jake says involves poor quality and 'some questionable labouring situations'.
Jake who has dyslexia and says he was told by his teachers in secondary school he would “amount to nothing” uses natural, organic, and recycled materials, and ensures that the buying process eliminates as much surplus and waste as possible.

Portugal is specifically chosen for their production, due to it being driven by small-scale textile mills that can produce smaller orders.
Jake worked in a variety of jobs to save for his ultimate dream before launching NOTA
He said: “My branding, logo and messaging mean as much to me while really reflecting the nature of what I am setting out to achieve with NO ONE TRUE ANYTHING.
"The idea is to continue to share the sustainable ethos of the line, by spreading a message that you do not need to purchase a new outfit every weekend or throw away your clothing after one or two wears.
“Sustainable fashion is the only way forward for our generation to make a difference and my core messaging and focus will always be about that, something I believe truly from within my heart when I set out on the journey”
