
A new Zillow analysis has found that a number of very large American metropolitan areas, despite their big-city prices, still have relatively affordable home prices that fall within reach of the median-income U.S. household. As part of a larger study tracing the increased buying power of median-income families, the analysis found a surprising number of metros offer homes under $350,000 in 2026.
