Bristol City are under siege from up to seven Premier League clubs for key central defender Adam Webster according to recent reports.
The latest speculation states that the Robins must fend off the advances of Aston Villa, while Leicester City have been credited with an ongoing interest to join the four Premier League sides named at the weekend: Watford, Newcastle United, Southampton and Burnley.
While Lee Johnson and the senior City hierarchy will be loathe to lose the club's 2018/19 player of the season, the speculation is intensifying with a £12m fee mentioned.
That doesn't look to be anywhere near enough for a high calibre central defender and Bristol City fans agree.
