With the Championship campaign having come to a close and Marcelo Bielsa being signed up for next season, Leeds United are now firmly looking ahead to the new campaign.
While the club fell tantalisingly short of returning to the Premier League after a third-place finish and play-off semi-final defeat, Bielsa's commitment means that Leeds fans will be high on confidence next term, in what will be a historic season for the club.
On October 17, Leeds United will be celebrating their 100th anniversary.
There will be a number of events to mark the occasion, such as next weekend's Elland Road gig from Kaiser Chiefs, while perhaps the biggest will be an alteration to the club's crest.
Leeds have now begun to use the slightly tweaked crest, which features a stripped down, gold version of the existing badge with the dates 1919-2019 and '100 years' on a script below it, on their official social media channels and marketing material, as you can see here:
This new badge was quietly introduced during the second half of the season with minimal fanfare, following last January's catastrophic 'saltue badge' launch, which saw a controversial new badge revealed and then shelved within 12 hours amid social media outcry.
The original plan following the botched launch was for the club to invite fan designs which they would take inspiration from to create a new crest, but this plan was put on ice, with the club opting for their temporary centenary crest for the upcoming 2019-20 season.
But the invitation to submit designs brought about some superb efforts from creative Leeds United supporters, who were quick to show off their work on Twitter.
