How much a firm is willing to pay you can be frustratingly hard to find out from a job ad sometimes.
So, to help, job site Glassdoor asked people what they made in their roles, then worked out who pays the most overall.
The top payer gave staff and average wage of an incredible £90,000, with even the 25th best payer offering an average above £60,000.
John Lamphiere, Glassdoor's European managing director, said: “Salary is a key driver for many job seekers so we have made it easy for people to find out which employers are offering the most money."
But that isn't the only thing that matters.
"While salary and bonuses might get people in the door, it is more likely to be culture and career progression that help people stick around in the long term,” he addded.
So what industries are they in? Well it might not surprise you to learn that all bar one are finance or tech companes.
Oh, and just three of the top 25 are British, with the other 22 all headquartered overseas.
“It is no surprise that multinational tech and finance firms dominate the list, given that both industries compete fiercely for talent, especially when it comes to tech roles," Lamphiere said.
This is who pays what.
