Gold outlook
Prithviraj Kothari, managing director at RiddiSiddhi Bullions Ltd., president of IBJA says, "Gold and Silver recovered on technical buying as investors tracked the escalating Middle East conflict and awaited next week's Fed meeting for rate-outlook signals. Oil hit a one-month high amid the tensions, while some policymakers hinted rates might need to rise further to tame inflation. Iran reportedly received a 10-day ceasefire proposal, with its Interior Minister urging Pakistan to keep mediating. Meanwhile, U.S. private hiring slowed for a fourth straight period, per ADP data. Markets expect the Fed to hold rates steady, with a 55%+ chance of a September cut. Next resistance for gold is $4200 and $4250, while silver resistance holds around $63."
