(IBJA), said "Gold and Silver are consolidating near $4,500 and $75 respectively, retreating from recent highs as Middle East tensions and persistent inflation weigh on sentiment. Rising oil prices have amplified rate-hike expectations, keeping pressure on metals. President Trump's claim of a potential Iran peace deal offered limited relief, with markets remaining skeptical after he revealed a planned strike was called off following Gulf state appeals. Stronger US inflation has further eroded Fed rate cut bets, with some traders now pricing in an additional hike. FOMC minutes and flash PMI data are the next key catalysts for direction."
