21 pub quiz questions to put your general and Jubilee knowledge to the test - June 3

Friday is here once again and this one is extra special as it comes with the added bonus of being a bank holiday, so you can take your time with this week's ECHO pub quiz.

We all like to think we're quizzing connoisseurs, especially when tuning into popular quiz shows like The Chase, Tipping Point or Pointless from the comfort of our own homes - but how many of us genuinely fare well in the much-loved pub quiz? If you're confident your encyclopaedic knowledge could rival a Chaser's, then we've got 21 questions for you to try your hand at.

As it's the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, we've thrown in a few Royal themed questions to get you flexing your knowledge. In addition, there's questions on everything from the author of a famed book that spawned an iconic film to recent Oscar winners, all in a bid to get you scratching your head.
