LOS ANGELES — The first round was fun. Ready for round two?
The second round tee times for the 2023 U.S. Open are here. Friday’s action has the same set of featured groups, and there’s plenty of interesting threesomes hitting the golf course at Los Angeles Country Club.
On a historic day, Rickie Fowler became the first player to shoot a 62 in U.S. Open history. The crazier part? Xander Schauffele matched him 20 minutes later.
On the highlight side, Sam Burns and Matthieu Pavon made holes-in-one.
After 36 holes, the low 60 scorers and ties will move on to the weekend.
