2021 NFL draft: Titans select OT Dillon Radunz at No. 53 overall

In the second round, and with the No. 53 overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft, the Tennessee Titans have selected offensive tackle Dillon Radunz out of North Dakota State.

It wasn’t clear when the Titans were planning on taking a right tackle this year after the Isaiah Wilson debacle last year, but we finally have our answer.

At 6-foot-6 and 299 pounds, Radunz is a physical specimen who has a bit of nasty in him and excels in the run game. While he projects as a starting left tackle at the next level, he can certainly play on the right side.

With the uncertainty at right tackle for 2021 following the release of Dennis Kelly, Radunz will have an opportunity to win a starting job right away, but will have to compete with Kendall Lamm and Ty Sambrailo in training camp.

This is the second pick the Titans have made in this year’s event. Tennessee now has seven selections remaining, including one in each round, and a pair of picks in the third and sixth rounds.
