Football season may be over for all but two NFL teams, but multiple players had the chance to take the field again ahead of next season on Sunday in Camping World Stadium.
Four Tennessee Titans players took the field for the AFC team in the 2020 NFL Pro Bowl.
Here’s a look at how each of them performed on the AFC’s 38-33 victory over the NFC.
QB Ryan Tannehill
Tannehill threw just two passes – with two very different outcomes – after entering the game at the bottom of the third quarter.
One was a 60-yard touchdown pass to Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver DJ Chark, while the other was intercepted by Green Bay Packers linebacker Za’Darius Smith.
Tannehill kneed it out as the AFC got the win and $70,000 for each player on the winning squad.
RB Derrick Henry
Henry, who finished out the season with the league’s rushing title, was the third running back to enter the game.
This marked Henry’s first-ever Pro Bowl, and it was a good experience for him, playing so close to his hometown. He showed his pride for his high school, wearing a “Yulee High School” sticker on his helmet.
He recorded 17 rushing yards on four carries along with two catches for 22 yards on the AFC’s win.
DL Jurrell Casey
This was far from Casey’s first rodeo — he’s been named to the Pro Bowl five times now.
Casey tried something a little different with his fellow defensive linemen, dropping into coverage instead of rushing the passer.
The veteran finished the game with a tackle and a quarterback hit.
P Brett Kern
This wasn’t Kern’s first Pro Bowl, but it was the first time he played the game with a punt that actually counted.
Mike Tomlin made punting a non-factor in the 2017 Pro Bowl, and Kern’s punt last year was called back because of a penalty.
Kern punted once in the contest for 42 yards, and was also Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker’s holder for extra points and a field goal.
