2020 NFL Draft: Here are all the Patriots’ picks after the Rob Gronkowski trade

The New England Patriots traded Rob Gronkowski and a seventh-round pick to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a fourth-round pick to reunite the tight end with Tom Brady. While the deal isn’t exactly a blockbuster for the Patriots, they did move up from the 241st selection the 139th overall pick in a draft where they already have 12 selections.

They still don’t pick in the second round, which has created a 64-pick gap between their first- and third-round selections. Perhaps Bill Belichick will close that gap by trading down or trading up — or even trading guard Joe Thuney, who might net a second-round pick. In other words, the draft board is hardly set. But for now, here’s a look at where the Patriots pick.

  • First round: No. 23
  • Third round: No. 87, No. 98, No. 100
  • Fourth round: No. 125, No. 139
  • Sixth round: No. 195, No. 204, No. 212, No. 213
  • Seventh round: No. 230, No. 235

New England has the second-most picks in the 2020 draft right behind their division rival, Miami, with 14 and will likely make more moves before the draft is finalized.
