The Mountain West basketball title game is here and after the upsets, notably Wyoming, it is No. 1 San Diego State and No. 2 Utah State for all the marbles.
Who do the experts like in this game?
First off, KenPom has San Diego State as a seven-point favorite and the Las Vegas line has the Aztecs as a favorite by five points.
TeamRankings.com has been giving updated odds for each round and they are also in love with San Diego State and giving them a 63 percent chance to win it all.
Basically, it would be a fairly major upset if the Aggies were to win the Mountain West title. While San Diego State has defeated Utah State twice, it can be difficult to beat a team three straight times. That is what is going for Utah State if they want to get the upset. Also, the Aggies have lost just twice since Feb. 1.
