A look around the web regarding CFB rankings.
The College Football Playoff committee will release its first poll Tuesday night and will continue to do so until Sunday, Dec. 7 when the playoff field and New Year’s Six bowl games are announced.
The Mountain West will be in the mix this first week and should be going forward with a few teams. Odds are Boise State will be ranked this week and maybe San Diego State as well. Beyond that odds, are that it will take a combination of winning and better teams ahead dropping games.
With the rankings soon to be released, we decided to take a stroll through the internet and see who is ranking Mountain West teams.
There quite a few websites that put out only their playoff bracket of four teams or doing top 10- and top-15 lists which did not include any Mountain West teams.
College Football News: No. 25 San Diego State, No. 23 Boise State

Saturday Blitz: No. 23 San Diego State, No. 19 Boise State
The full rankings are announced on ESPN at 9 p.m. ET Tuesday night.
