2019 Philadelphia Eagles schedule

The Philadelphia Eagles kick off the 2019 NFL regular season on September 8, against the Washington Redskins at home, at Lincoln Financial Field. The NFC East is one of the more competitive divisions in the NFL, but in 2019, it’s expected to be a two-team race between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys. In a league where luck plays a huge part in an organizations success, the Philadelphia Eagles will “open and close” the season against an NFC East opponent.

The Eagles open up the 2019 regular season at home against the Washington Redskins.

The Birds will travel south in Week 2, playing the Falcons in Atlanta on Sunday night football as the two teams renew an intense rivalry.

Then in a rarity for the NFL, the Philadelphia Eagles will finish the year with four consecutive divisional games. There have been only two other teams in the last 20 years who finished the year with four straight divisional games, the 2017 Atlanta Falcons and 2000 Green Bay Packers.

Even rarer, the final four weeks leading up to the playoffs will all be some form of rivalry week, with the Birds hosting the New York Giants, traveling to Washington, hosting the Dallas Cowboys, and then traveling to New York to end the season.

The Week 14 Monday Night Football meeting with the Giants will be the first matchup against New York without Odell Beckham Jr., who has terrorized the Eagles’ secondary since arriving in the league in 2014. The schedule set up literally allows the Eagles to control their own destiny this season, especially down the stretch.

Here is the Eagles’ 2019 schedule:
