2019 NFL mock draft: You make the pick, Carolina Panthers at No. 16

It’s time to fan-source a 2019 NFL mock draft.

Let’s keep things rolling with the Carolina Panthers at No. 16 overall.

Here’s the board so far:

1. Arizona Cardinals | Kyler Murray | QB | Oklahoma

2. San Francisco 49ers | Nick Bosa | EDGE | Ohio State

3. New York Jets | Josh Allen | EDGE | Kentucky

4. Oakland Raiders | Quinnen Williams | DL | Alabama

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Devin White | LB | LSU

6. New York Giants | Dwayne Haskins | QB | Ohio State

7. Jacksonville Jaguars | T.J. Hockenson | TE | Iowa

8. Detroit Lions | Montez Sweat | EDGE | Mississippi State

9. Buffalo Bills | Ed Oliver | DL | Houston

10. Denver Broncos | Drew Lock | QB | Missouri

11. Cincinnati Bengals | Devin Bush | LB | Michigan

12. Green Bay Packers | Brian Burns | EDGE | Florida State

13. Miami Dolphins | Jawaan Taylor | OT | Florida

14. Atlanta Falcons | Rashan Gary | DL | Michigan

15. Washington Redskins | Daniel Jones | QB | Duke

There are defensive needs for the Panthers, but the value is on offense in this scenario. Alabama offensive lineman Jonah Williams would be a strong addition, as would Washington State offensive tackle Andre Dillard. Wide receiver isn’t Carolina’s biggest need, but with Mississippi’s D.K. Metcalf still on the board, he may be too good to pass up.

If the Panthers do opt for defense, adding Clemson pass rusher Clelin Ferrell would make plenty of sense.

You make the pick.
