2019 NFL free agency: Titans TE Luke Stocker agrees to deal with Falcons

Tennessee Titans tight end Luke Stocker and the Atlanta Falcons have reached an agreement on a two-year deal as of Thursday.

With the move, Stocker will be reunited with former coach Mike Mularkey, so it’s reasonable to expect he makes a smooth transition.

Stocker originally signed with the Titans late in 2017, which ultimately ended up being Mularkey’s final season in Tennessee.

Prior to joining the Titans, Stocker was on the Buccaneers’ roster for the first six years of his career, and was released in the seventh season.

He remained with the Titans in 2018, reeling in 15 receptions for 165 yards and two touchdowns over 11 starts.

Stocker has served primarily as a blocking tight end, posting 68 catches, 577 yards and five touchdowns over 99 career appearances.

He will compete for playing time with Eric Saubert as he finds his place on the Falcons roster.
