The Tennessee Titans headed into the 2019 NFL free agency with a need for more depth at wide receiver, and went to work on that quickly.
On Monday afternoon, the Titans were announced to be signing former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wideout Adam Humphries, who is coming off of one of the best years of his career.
The Titans agreed to terms on a 4-year deal for $36M per ESPN’s Dan Graziano, ultimately winning out against the New England Patriots, a team that was also in the race for Humphries.
Expect the Titans to find a threat in the slot and a new sense of efficiency in third-down situations with this acquisition.
