With the free agency period hitting in mid-March, the Tennessee Titans are faced with some big decisions to make on who to bring on to the team, and who to part ways with.
One current Titans player whose future comes into question is strong safety, Brynden Trawick.
Trawick has spent two seasons with the Titans, joining the team after playing for the Oakland Raiders in 2016. Before then, he spent the 2013-2015 seasons with the team who originally drafted him, the Baltimore Ravens.
In his most recent season with the Titans, Trawick totaled eight tackles over 16 games.
He was a consistent force in what was overall a somewhat inconsistent special teams unit, and he deserves to keep a place on Tennessee’s roster because of standout his role there.
Titan Sized’s Max Dambach echoed this sentiment.
“Trawick has been a fantastic signing for the Titans and has been a true standout on special teams…For an up-and-down special teams unit, this is a no-brainer.”
Trawick, who was played in six NFL seasons, also earned his first trip to the Pro Bowl in 2018.
The Titans have a lot of decisions to be on the fence about next month, but making the choice to keep Trawick in Nashville should be a quick and easy one for GM Jon Robinson.
