2019 NFL free agency: Titans reportedly interested in former Packers WR Jordy Nelson

The Tennessee Titans have already acquired one wide receiver in the 2019 NFL free agency period, and may be set to add another.

According to a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Titans are among at least five teams interested in former Green Bay Packers wideout Jordy Nelson.

The move is a logical one for the Titans, who have strengthening the receiver position toward the top of the offseason priority list.

In 2018, Nelson recorded 63 receptions for 739 yards, with three touchdowns for the Oakland Raiders.

He spent the other nine seasons of his career in Green Bay, racking up 550 receptions for 7,848 yards with 69 touchdowns.

With the move, Nelson would join newly acquired slot receiver Adam Humphries, Corey Davis, Taywan Taylor, Tajae Sharpe, Cameron Batson and Darius Jennings on the depth chart.
