2019 NFL free agency: Titans officially agree to terms with WR Adam Humphries

The Tennessee Titans announced the team and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receive Adam Humphries officially agreed to terms on Thursday morning.

The four-year deal, originally reported by Mike Garafolo, is worth a total of $36 million.

The 25-year-old Humphries has progressively become one of the best slot receivers in the NFL, and has also proven effective in third-down situations — an area the Titans could use a consistent upgrade at.

He’s also coming off one of the best seasons in his career, posting a total of 76 receptions for 816 yards and five touchdowns. He also ranked first in receiving downs among slot receivers with 42, according to NextGen Stats.

Humphries scheduled to meet with the Nashville media for the first time at 11:30 am. CT.
