2019 NFL Draft: Where are the Colts picking in Day 2?

The Indianapolis Colts are yet to make a selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, but that is all expected to change Friday night as they currently have four picks to work with on Day 2.

Though they are all subject to change given Chris Ballard’s affinity to moving around the draft order, here’s a look at where the Colts stand entering Day 2:

  • No. 34 overall (from NYJ)
  • No. 46 overall (from (WAS)
  • No. 59 overall
  • No. 89 overall

The biggest selection that is subject to change is the No. 34 pick. Ballard has reportedly been receiving trade calls even before he made the deal with Washington on Thursday night to move out of the first round.

That spot is highly valued both in the players the Colts could select or in the trades that could happen with teams that want to move up in the order.

Regardless, the Colts are currently working with three second-round picks and one third-round pick right in the heart of the draft where most analysts believe the best value can be found.

How the Colts go about making their selections remains to be seen, but this is where they currently stand entering Day 2.
