2019 NFL draft: Vikings select OL Garrett Bradbury No. 18 overall

The Vikings selected North Carolina State offensive lineman Garrett Bradbury with the No. 18 overall selection.

Bradbury started all 13 games for the Wolfpack in 2018 and claimed the Rimington Trophy as the nation’s best center. He also was First-Team All-ACC and a consensus All-American.

Minnesota needed offensive line help in the worst way and Bradbury offers an instant starter on the interior part of the offensive line in their zone-blocking scheme to keep quarterback Kirk Cousins upright and lead the way for running back Dalvin Cook.
