2019 NFL draft: Ravens WR Miles Boykin highlights

Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta appears to be a man of his word.

After saying in early April that he thought the Ravens had “got to take some chances” at the receiver position in the draft, DeCosta stayed true to his word and delivered on that several weeks later. Following the selection of Oklahoma wide receiver Marquise Brown with the No. 25 overall pick, Baltimore followed up by trading up in the third-round to select Notre Dame wide receiver Miles Boykin with the No. 93 overall pick.

While Brown has certainly garnered the most hype of the two — DeCosta referred to him as “one of the more electric players in college football” — Boykin is not without some highlight reel material of his own.

On the tape, we see plenty of Boykin’s prototypical frame and athleticism, which NFL.com analyst Lance Zierlein says gives Boykin “exciting potential as an outside receiver with mismatch potential.”

Last season, Boykin posted 59 receptions for 872 yards and eight touchdowns with the Fighting Irish.
