If the Falcons’ selection of Boston College guard Chris Lindstrom with the No. 14 overall pick was a curveball, then trading back up into the first round with the Rams for Washington offensive tackle Kaleb McGary at No. 31 came as a real surprise.
McGary privately worked out for the team and the front office decision makers obviously liked what they saw – enough to deal both of the team’s Day 2 picks to a conference rival. Let’s take a look at some college tape to see what the Falcons are getting in McGary,
