A lineman no one wants to square up against.
Fresno State’s Netane Muti is the second offensive lineman to make our list of Mountain West football’s 52 best players, checking in at #39 despite missing most of last year to injury.
In case you were wondering why, check out the guy throwing his defender to the ground at left tackle in the above GIF. That is Muti, who earned an all-Mountain West honorable mention back in 2017 as a guard and started the first two games at tackle before being lost for the year.
There was talk in the spring that Muti’s skill set might help him see time both inside and outside in 2019, so having him back for a full season should do a lot to help bolster the Bulldogs as they replace many other key pieces on offense.
