The Cincinnati Bengals were active on the waiver wire and then set out to form a practice squad for 2019.
As a reminder, the Bengals can roster 11 players on the practice squad if they choose to exercise the exception on tight end Moritz Bohringer. Otherwise, they will seek to add 10 players. Every player waived Saturday except Cody Core was eligible for the practice squad.
