The 151st running of the Belmont Stakes will be held Saturday evening at Belmont Park, and while there will be no chance of a Triple Crown winner, the stakes are high for the favorites, with a race purse of $1.5 million. The two race favorites, Tacitus and Preakness Stakes winner War of Will, will break from the gates side-by-side from posts nine and 10.
The 2019 Belmont Stakes will begin at 6:35 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 8th, on NBC.
