The Chicago Bears stand at 3-2 in the middle of a much-needed bye week, where injured players have time to rest up and Matt Nagy and his staff work on remedying the issues that plague the team.
But things aren’t going to get easier for the Bears the rest of this season. In fact, they have the toughest strength of schedule for the remainder of the season, as of Week 6.
They still have six games against playoff teams from last season, including the New Orleans Saints, Los Angeles Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs.
But in Matt Nagy’s tenure, the Bears have never lost a game by more than a touchdown, which means that they’ve been in every game that they’ve lost. And that should be an encouraging sign in the final 11 weeks.
