The Georgia men’s basketball team is in the midst of finalizing its non-conference schedule for the 2019-2020 season but conference games have already been announced.
As per usual, the Bulldogs will play each of the 13 teams in the conference at least once but five of the matchups will feature home and home series.
Georgia gets Alabama, Arkansas, and Tennessee at home as part of the annual rotation while traveling to face LSU, Mississippi State, and Missouri.
Auburn, Florida, and South Carolina are the traditional home and home rivals but Kentucky and Texas A&M will also join that slate this season.
For the last few years since the Tigers and Aggies joined the SEC, teams have faced off against three ‘rivals’ in home and home series while also drawing two random teams.
We do not know the order of the games yet or the complete non-conference schedule but we do know most of the opponents. These are the games Georgia will play in the SEC next season while Georgia Tech and Memphis highlight the non-conference schedule, in addition to the Maui Jim Maui Invitational over Thanksgiving.
