Heisman winners went back-to-back with the first two selections in the 2015 NFL Draft. The Tampa Bay Bucs and Tennessee Titans drafted Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota, respectively, 1-2. Fast forward to 2019 and Winston continues to struggle and Mariota has been benched. A significant number of players have been traded, others cut and many are on different teams. A good time to look at the first-round picks in what has turned about to be a soft draft.
