A new "untraditional" attraction currently being put together on the shores of the Mersey is due to welcome over "200,000" people from all over the country every year.
For the past few weeks, construction has been on-going at the new Eureka! Science + Discovery museum based in the old Seacombe Spaceport, and in May, a massive 750 kilo cat destined for the unique new attraction dropped jaws as pedestrians watched it being delivered to the centre. But the massive moggy is not the only extraordinary thing that's been installed in the new attraction.
The ECHO was given exclusive access to Eureka! Science + Discovery this week. And we can now reveal some of the odd bits (and the not so odd bits) that have been installed within the new attraction, due to open to the public this autumn.

Andy Grimshaw, director of operations at Eureka! told the ECHO: "Eureka! has been in existence for thirty years, its very much part of the DNA over in West Yorkshire, the Calderdale Valley, Greater Manchester and there's generations of generations of children who have visited that centre.
"What's exciting about this one on Merseyside is that it's going to be a new concept in visitor attractions. It isn't really a children's museum or a traditional science centre, which are the sort of things it could be compared to.
"I think that this is going to be a landmark visitor attraction. I think it's going to herald a new generation, or even a new dawn for this kind of attraction.
"Although I'm from North Liverpool and very much considered a Wool, I am really pleased to have been given the opportunity to help and to run the visitor attraction when it opens. I think it's really exciting.
"For a lot of us here it's going to be a career defining moment when it opens. I don't think that people really understand the impact it's going to have on young people and their lives. It's a charity and its a really worthy endeavor and it's something that worth my best efforts to be honest with you.
"When I arrived it was just a shell of the building and from that we've turned it into a working building that'll house probably 100 members of staff full and part time, who are going to welcome over 200,000 visitors a year."
