The Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund have launched the second batch of My House Program for the year 2018 on Thursday, with a total of 20,514 housing and financing products distributed throughout the Kingdom within the objectives of the program during the current year amounting to 300,000 products.
Agreements were also signed with real estate developers in regard of units under construction "selling on the map."
The Ministry explained in a press conference in Riyadh the details of the housing products and their geographical distribution.
The ministry noted that this batch includes the allocation of 6694 housing units under construction "selling on the map" in partnership with real estate developers being distributed as follows: Riyadh 6498 units, the Eastern Region 196 units in addition to 600 ready units to be distributed to Qassim Region 100 units, and the Eastern Region 500 units.
The batch also includes 8300 real estate loans being distributed throughout the Kingdom, including 2352 loans in Riyadh, 1,474 in Makkah, 749 in Madinah, 757 in Qassim, 1065 in the Eastern Region, 676 in Asir, 311 in Tabuk, 18 in Ha'il, 250 in the Northern Border, 196 in Jizan, 28 in Najran and 173 in Al-Baha, and 251 in Al-Jawf.
