2 Vikings named to PFF’s Team of the Week

The Vikings had a great all-around game in Week 5 against the Giants in a 28-10 win.

A lot of players played really well for the Vikings and two made the Pro Football Focus Week 6 Team of the Week.

Offensively, wide receiver Adam Thielen made it with a grade of 92.4. Thielen finished with seven catches for 130 yards and two touchdowns — all season highs.

On the season, Thielen has a PFF grade of 80.9, a mark that ranks 13th in the NFL.

Linebacker Anthony Barr also made the team. Barr was all over the place, finishing with a safety and an interception in the game. He ended with a player grade of 90.9 in the game.

On the season, Barr has a player grade of 59.8, a mark that ranks 41st among linebackers.

A few PFF observations after Week 5:

  • With a grade of 61.7, Kirk Cousins ranks as the 24th quarterback in the league.
  • At 81.3, Dalvin Cook ranks fifth.
  • Both Anthony Harris (87) and Harrison Smith (85) grade in the top-six for safeties.
