2 Seahawks cornerbacks, one wide receiver change jersey numbers

The Seattle Seahawks kickoff training camp today with their first practice at the VMAC. On Monday we shared an updated 90-man roster by jersey number, but the team has made several changes since then, including a few players switching jersey numbers.

Here are all the latest jersey number changes going into camp, including cornerback Artie Burns abandoning Russell Wilson’s old No. 3. The team website shows him wearing No. 23, but team reporter John Boyle says he’s No. 29, formerly belonging to All-Pro free safety Earl Thomas. We’ll find out later today when the team takes the field.

  • CB Artie Burns – No. 3 to either No. 23 or No. 29
  • CB Lance Boykin – No. 19 to No. 18
  • WR John Hall – No. 18 to No. 82

Seattle also has several new players coming in that they signed yesterday, so expect more jersey news soon.
