The first two robberies happened about 2:55 a.m. Aug. 28 in the 6100 block of South King Drive and about 3:35 a.m. Sept. 2 in the 6000 block of South King Drive, Chicago police said. The third robbery happened a week later, about 5 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 6300 block of South King Drive.

In each incident, one to three males approached the victim on the sidewalk and demanded their property or took it by force before fleeing, police said.
