2 former Panthers buy Charlotte Thunder Arena football team

According to the latest Instagram post by former Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis, he is buying the Charlotte Thunder Arena football team, along with former Carolina wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr.

Davis played for the Panthers from 2005-2018 before signing with the LA Chargers in free agency last year. He’s still got it. Davis played all 16 games in 2019 and totaled 112 combined tackles.

Ginn was in Carolina from 2015-2017. He caught 134 passes in that time, totaling 2,047 yards and 19 touchdowns. He has been playing with the Saints for the last three seasons and is about to become a free agent.
