A robbery happened in the 1400 block of South St. Louis Avenue on May 15, 2019, and another happened a few weeks later in the same block.
Police are warning Southwest Side residents after two armed robberies were reported in May and June in the same block in Lawndale.
In both cases, one to three boys approached someone in the 1400 block of South St. Louis Avenue, produced a handgun and demanded property, according to an alert from Chicago police.
One robbery happened about 9 p.m. May 15 and another about 7:05 p.m. June 8, police said.
The boys are between 16 to 17 years old, police said.
