19 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Leeds - putting the city second to Bradford in terms of new infections once again.
Public Health England statistics have shown 38 new confirmed cases in Bradford in the past 24 hours, bringing the city's total to 6,016.
This is the first time it has risen above 6,000.
In total, 131 new coronavirus cases have been recorded across Yorkshire in the past 24 hours.
It was West Yorkshire that was particularly badly affected, with Kirklees following Leeds and recording 15, with Wakefield announcing 14 new cases.
On the other end of the scale, Doncaster recorded 0 new cases in the last 24 hours, remaining at 2,068 cases in total.
After two days with no deaths, Yorkshire has had one in the past 24 hours, at the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
This brought the region's total deaths from Covid-19 to 2,590.
