BHOPAL: 18 new cases of Covid-19 were diagnosed across Madhya Pradesh on Thursday. The Covid-19 tally in Madhya Pradesh rose to 7,92,081 with the addition of new cases. No death due to the infection was reported in the state, according to a state health bulletin.
The death toll remained unchanged at 10,515 as no fresh Covid-19 death was reported in the state. The recovery count stands at 7,81,471, leaving the state with 95 active cases.
Six new cases were diagnosed in Bhopal, 3 each in Indore, Jabalpur, 2 each in Rajgarh, Rewa and Gwalior and one new positive case each was diagnosed in Panna district. The positivity rate is 0.02 percent.
With 77676 samples being examined for coronavirus during the day, the number of tests in MP went up to 15804131.
