A 17-year-old boy was killed in a shooting Tuesday in Park Manor on the South Side.
He was inside of a vehicle about 5 p.m. in the 7100 block of South Indiana Avenue when someone approached and opened fire, striking him in the head, Chicago police said.
The teen was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Area Two detectives are investigating.
