The Merseyside restaurants which have made it into the Good Food Guide 2020 have been revealed.
The guide, owned by Waitrose and Partners, features the best restaurants across the UK, including big names, best kept secrets and local eateries.
The Good Food Guide is compiled and written from scratch every year and restaurants cannot elect or pay to be included.
The guide is compiled by restaurant feedback, anonymous inspectors, reviews and an extensive scoring system.
The Good Food Guide’s annual Top 50 restaurant ranking is highly regarded by chefs and restaurant-goers alike, and this year it features two Merseyside restaurants.
This year, 17 Merseyside restaurants made it into the Good Food Guide.

Two Merseyside restaurants also made it into the Good Food Guide’s Top 50 restaurants, with Fraiche coming in at number 20 and Moor Hall at number 5.
