16-piece Re:imagine Orchestra to perform Daft Punk hits in Newcastle

An orchestra will perform hits by French electronic duo Daft Punk at a concert in Newcastle.

Re:imagine's orchestral rendition of Daft Punk has been a hit with audiences in London and around the country.

The Rogue Symphony orchestra will play reimagined versions of Daft Punk songs. Daft Punk's hit catalogue includes Get Lucky; One More Time; and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.

Re:imagine is taking the orchestra and show to Newcastle's O2 Academy on Thursday November 21.

The organisers say: "Over the past three years, Re:imagine's orchestral rendition of Daft Punk has become one of London's most sought-after musical experiences, to date hosting more than 80 sold out shows in London.

"Featuring a 16 piece orchestra, immersive visuals and an elaborate light show, there's no experience quite like it.

"Following a sold out UK Tour last summer, we've decided to take our most in-demand show on the road once again, stopping by at O2 Academy Newcastle on Thursday 21st November."
