Video footage captured police using a water cannon to disperse protesters on the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv. At least one person was seen being arrested and taken into a police vehicle. The footage also showed protesters standing in front of the water cannon, chanting, 'We will not give up until things get better.'
In a separate statement released on Saturday, the Israel Police urged protesters in Tel Aviv to abide by the law and refrain from engaging in violent protests. The police emphasized the importance of peaceful demonstrations and compliance with regulations to maintain public safety and order.
